Dark Chocolate & Banana Oat Bars

Enjoy this healthy yet decadent recipe with only four ingredients. It is wheat-free, egg-free, and dairy-free (as long as you use dairy-free chocolate and milk).


Servings: 6


Ingredients:

  • 200gr. oat flakes

  • 100gr. dark chocolate

  • 100ml. coconut milk, or any other kind of milk

  • 1 banana, blended

Method:

  1. Boil the milk.

  2. Cut the chocolate into small piece and pour in the hot milk.

  3. Stir well until the cholate in melted.

  4. Add the blended banana and stir well.

  5. Add the oat flakes and stir well so that all the oat flakes are coated with chocolate.

  6. Add the mixture in a baking tray so that is 1.5cm high.

  7. Bake in a pre- heated oven at 180 degrees C for 15- 20 minutes, so that they get a nice color on top and get crispy.
